After spending the last 15 months or so mostly on back to back video conferencing meetings, I have become a power user of our primary service (zoom). I find myself using keyboard shortcuts all the time, esp to mute/unmute my own audio and start/stop video.
I love Zoom, but also have to use other services like Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Google Meet when the meeting is setup by our partners/customers who prefer those services. Each of these services have different keyboard shortcuts and I struggle with them.
This led to us designing a customizable global keyboard shortcut system for MeetingCaddy. This will roll out to our beta users next week
