There are times in a meeting when I want to grab a screenshot of the presenter's window for later reference. On Windows, I use the Snipping Tool frequently enough that I have pinned it to my Task Bar. Which led me to wonder if we could automate the screenshot capture with MeetingCaddy.
Starting our next beta drop, users will be able to take screenshots on-demand or at a certain frequency. The latter function will be invaluable to those of us who have to listen in on a webinar and report the highlights.
Of course, we would never recommend taking screenshots when it is expressly prohibited by the presenters.
